The basic rules and safety instructions set by the provisions of the Labour Code are applicable to all STOPSAU s.r.o. premises.
I. Registration of Visitors
When entering the building write your name and actual date in the visitors’ book. Your signature in the visitors’ book confirms that you have acquainted yourself with the safety regulations and will observe them unconditionally.
II. Protection of Visitors’ Safety in the Company Premises
Before entering the company premises report yourself to the respective employee. Enter solely with his or her consent .
Observe the following instructions and any oral directions:
- Enter production areas only wearing tightly closed shoes. It is prohibited to wear open or high-heeled shoes. The floor can be rough.
- If walkways are marked out, keep on them.
- Pay special attention to doorsteps, inclined surfaces, staircases and low clearances.
- Do not get within the reach of machines and equipment and do not handle them.
- Pay special attention to transport vehicles and moving machines.
- It is prohibited to make any record in the company premises without express approval from the authorized employee.
- It is prohibited to enter the company premises under influence of alcohol or narcotics, or bring alcohol or narcotics in the company premises.
- Smoking is allowed only on designated places outside the company buildings.
- In case of any accident leave the company premises without delay.
This document is valid from 1 January, 2021. The previous version is hereby cancelled with the effect from this date.
